The successful actress and singer shares some secrets daily to staying in shape and with positive mind.

The 23 years old is known for her talent, she has worked for Disney, HBO, and has even been nominated for the 2020 Emmy.

The star has a really simple yet perfect routine

In the morning

 "I usually like to sleep a lot, but I've been getting up very early lately."

She in the morning Zendaya wakes up in a very good mood. She takes a shower, puts on makeup every morning, and has breakfast.

" I will eat food for breakfast, but you must have some Nutella: pancakes, berries and Nutella."
