Minced vegan gluten-free meat recipe
Ingredients:
1 cup walnuts, soaked
1 cup of your favorite mushrooms
Olive oil as needed
2 tablespoons soy sauce
Cumin, coriander, white pepper, salt, paprika, onion and garlic powder to taste.
Use this recipe for a vegan bolognese.
Method:
Process the mushrooms and in a pan with olive oil sautee them until they are cooked.
Precess the soaked walnuts and add all the seasonings to the food processor.
