The supermodel known for being Victoria's Secret model shares some of the things she does in her morning routine
The 30-year-old supermodel is known for having been modeled for many important brands, such as Fendi and Tommy Hilfiger. However, she is most recognizable for her role as Victoria's Secret model.
When she was asked in an interview about what her first thought was when she woke up, she answered: “I think generally my first thought is, ‘what’s for breakfast?’.”

Like many other angels, she prioritizes breakfast as the most important meal of the day. “The best breakfast to kick start the day: A spinach and feta omelet because I love eggs or the traditional ‘full English breakfast’ which I grew up with, in South Africa,” she told Vogue. However, sometimes her choice of breakfast depends on her mood. She also drinks a lot of smoothies mixing oils, collagen powder, and antioxidant-rich fruits for her skin. Her favorite healthy drink contains coconut oil, flaxseed oil, banana, protein, some kind of antioxidant fruit like blueberries or strawberries, or some nut butter.
Although she knows that coffee is a good ally to charge batteries and start the day with energy, she quitted drinking caffeine during her pregnancy recovery. "If you replace your coffee with a decaf tea or hot chocolate, it is a good way to reset your energy levels,” she said. Now she says she is not dependent on coffee and she feels a lot more energetic without ups and downs.
After breakfast, Candice practices Yoga: “Yoga has taught me breathing techniques, I take deep, slow breaths which ease tension,” she said.
She also follows a morning skincare routine. After she wakes up, she splashes icy water on her face and puts a hydrating gel mask in the fridge to use later. If you put the mark inside the fridge, it helps increase the effects.
