The supermodel, entrepreneur, and mother Rosie Huntington-Whiteley shares her everyday self-care routine from morning to night.
Rise and shine
The supermodel, Rosie Huntington usually starts her day at about 6:30 a.m. “I'm a dozer, so I usually sort of like to lie in bed for a little bit and wake up. I'm not a good morning person at all. I usually will check my emails and read the news in bed,” she says.
Once she jumps out of bed, she gets washed, dressed, and prepares breakfast for her son. “If I'm not going to be with him that day, I will head to the gym, work out and come home,” she says. Apart from that, she follows a skincare routine: it consists of cleansing, using a toner, and finally ending with the serum. She uses the iS Clinical Cleansing Complex to cleanse, and then their Poly-Vitamin serum or their Super Serum.
Rosie Huntington has been going Body by Simone workout for about six years. So, during quarantine, she has been using its app.
Since she spends many hours of the day looking after her son, once he is down to sleep, she likes to have time for herself: “I might go and lock myself in my bathroom for an hour or two and have a bath and call a friend or read a book, listen to a podcast, just be on my own,” the supermodel explains.
The supermodel says that she showers every night to wind down after a long day. “ I like to go to bed feeling clean and relaxed,” she explains. After taking a shower, Rosie Huntington usually does a double cleanse to remove all her makeup and take care of her skin. Her night skincare routine includes a derma roller and some products such as a serum, retinol, and moisturizer.
