In a recent interview with People magazine, Milla Jovovich revealed one of her best kept secrets to look younger, take care of her skin, and maintain her spectacular figure after two children. The 43-year-old also pointed out that she does not maintain such a strict diet, she only reduced the amounts of meat she consumes daily and her food is based on 80 percent vegetables, which quickly made her notice a spectacular change in her skin.
"To be honest, I just found out that making sure 80 percent of my diet during the week is plant-based and I make everything else smaller, helped my skin, helped my energy levels, It helped me in everything ", confessed the actress.
Jovovich confessed that she exercises five times a week and does various activities that keep her energized throughout the day.
"For me, gardening was something I started doing before fitness stuff. I have always liked drawing, I have always liked works of art, design, music. But of course, being a mother is my favorite hobby", she noted.
To finish, she pointed out that she does not restrict herself from eating anything, but only refrains from the processed foods.
"I eat it all. I think we all need to eat a little of everything, I only save processed foods for the weekend", she concluded.
