Gwyneth Paltrow's healthy and relaxing night routine

Gwyneth Paltrow's night routine is all about self-care and relaxing, and we're already planning on copying every move. 

Gwyneth starts her routine with a shower or a relaxing bath. But she makes sure to dry brush first. You can actually do this before or after the shower, but Gwyneth always dry-brushes before. 

In the shower (or bath), she uses the Himalayan salt scalp scrub, which she feels is fantastic for her scalp and hair. She follows up with the 5 Salt Detox Body Scrub, made with several types of oil and salts.

Gwyneth then uses an exfoliant (she does that in the morning as well), an oil-based serum called Vintner’s Daughter, and Dr. Barbara Sturm eye cream. 

She then uses a night cream (but only during the colder months).

Some other things that Gwyneth loves to use at night are body oil or body butter. She ends the whole routine with a little lip balm.

She spends some time with her children, before hitting the bed at a very early 9:30 pm. 

I try to get in bed by, like, 9:30. I’m a pretty good sleeper. If I have a particularly stressful time, someone gave me some CBD oil in a little drop. It doesn’t make you stoned or anything, just a little relaxed," she told Into the Gloss
