The first thing Cameron does when she wakes up is to drink lots of water since she thinks this is important for rehydrating the body after eight hours without any fluids. Then it is time for breakfast! The most interesting thing about her diet is that she eats two breakfasts in the morning. She usually chooses a protein-rich breakfast as she goes to the gym in the morning. She likes to have apples with almond butter, some overnight oats, or scrambled eggs with avocado for breakfast.
The actress has a very simple formula: protein + carbs + good fats + leafy greens. She also likes to add lemon to her food. Whether it's a big lunch salad or a marinade for chicken, she says lemon, garlic, olive oil, and salt can make anything taste good.
She is not a big fan of snacking, but if she does so, she will make a plate of grains with veggies, chicken stock, lemon, and garlic. She also drinks her probiotics in a rice-based probiotic drink.
For dinner, she tends to stick to the same formula as for lunch. One of her favorite plates for dinner is her famous lamb chops.
