The movie “Baywatch” that comes from a very popular TV show is about a group of lifeguards that protects the bay. The actors spend most of the screentime in swimwear, that is why they needed to be in good shape.
When it comes to intense training, having a good trainer is essential and Zac has a very popular trainer in Hollywood. Patrick Murphy is a certified fitness professional that trains many other celebrities such as Alexandra Daddario (who’s also in “Baywatch”) and Cameron Diaz. However, he has become well known due to the amazing results seen in Zac. His effective workouts have inspired many people to want to follow the diet and exercise program he designed for Zac.

According to Patrick Murphy, the actor reached 5% body fat after just 12 weeks of training. He did each workout once a week, resting a day between sessions. The plan was divided into three days and he focused on different body parts each session
Day 1: Back and biceps
