The movie “Baywatch” that comes from a very popular TV show is about a group of lifeguards that protects the bay. The actors spend most of the screentime in swimwear, that is why they needed to be in good shape.

Zac Efron trained hard for Baywatch

When it comes to intense training, having a good trainer is essential and Zac has a very popular trainer in Hollywood. Patrick Murphy is a certified fitness professional that trains many other celebrities such as Alexandra Daddario (who’s also in “Baywatch”) and Cameron Diaz.
