He shows that he is proud of being vegan stating that it’s “the right thing for yourself and for the planet and animals.” He is very careful about what he puts into his body and credits a vegan diet for keeping him healthy. Apart from following a strict raw vegan diet, Kravitz is conscious about the importance of the physical activity. His workout plan helps him stay fit and healthy for his stage performances.

The singer left his abode in Paris to wait out the coronavirus pandemic at his home in the Bahamas. Kravitz opened his fridge to reveal exactly what his raw vegan diet entails: “So here’s my fridge…What we have is green and more green. We have got cucumbers, mangoes, broccoli, kale, salad greens,” he explained. “A great blessing of living here in the Bahamas is that I’m able to grow my own food.”
"So I have a garden where most of this food comes from. As you can see, I'm vegan and primarily raw,” he explained.” I have done extensive raw diets where I eat raw for a year,” he continued. “When I’m here, I like to eat as much food as possible especially in the summertime when you have all of these beautiful fruits growing.”
