This is how Ashton Kutcher trains to develop his muscles

 The training of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu practiced daily by the renowned actor, Ashton Kutcher, has allowed him to have a great body.

Ashton Kutcher practices Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, an art of gripping that works every muscle in the body, with special emphasis on strengthening the torso and improving flexibility and conditioning.

According to Kutcher's instructor, Rigan Machado, every day the actor practices calisthenics including jogging, jumping, dominates, push-ups, and abdominals.

The movements of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu are varied and include keys, throws, submissions, among other specific martial arts techniques. The actor must undergo training that increases his resistance and strengthens all the muscles of his body.

It is not easy to follow a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu routine at home without a personal trainer. That's why the actor follows the orders of his trainer Rigan Machado.

After finishing the training, the actor always does stretching exercises to avoid injuries. There are three sets for each muscle group, maintaining the stretch for 30 seconds.
