This is Elsa Hosk's fitness routine to stay healthy

Victoria's Secret Angel has some tricks to keep that body in shape!

Elsa Hosk whips her body into Victoria's Secret Angel shape. Take note, here are all her diet and fitness secrets.

Fitness routine
Elsa admits she likes to mix it up with her fitness routines. She loves boxing and admits that it's really good to mix that with barre, pilates, or something that'll stretch her out and make her feel longer. Elsa is not the person who loves to be in the gym so much. She likes to mix it up as much as possible, otherwise, she'll get bored.

Cardio is her passion
Elsa's go-to exercises also include running. When she starts running, doesn't time it, doesn't put any pressure on herself, she just goes the pace she wants. 

That's a beautiful way she feels her body and loves to see the city and enjoy the landscape too.

Pilates takes her heart
Elsa Hosk likes pilates, barre, and jogging. They also make it onto her list, anything to keep things interesting and make her happy. 

Eating clean
On the topic of diets, she tries to stay away from processed food. She has been working out so much so she feels she can eat what she wants. Every day, Elsa opts for vegetables, fruits, eggs, lean proteins, and green juice.
