The 24-year-old model has become Instagram's sensation because of her beauty and charisma. She usually shares some exercises that she performs. Today we share with you her routine to get a toned butt and buttocks.
Sommer Ray goes to the gym five times a week for up to 90 minutes every other day to give her body time to recover. She trains her lower body a lot but always tries to do things right to avoid injury.
"If my buttocks hurt, I say to myself, 'I probably shouldn't work on them today. I just listen to my body."

"If you do some exercise well, with the right form, you learn to isolate your muscles.
After finishing her workouts, she likes to get her heart rate up and does 6 minutes of high-intensity interval training or HIIT with a jump rope. Her HIIT training includes jumping for 3 minutes and then taking a 30-second break.
Because her parents were bodybuilders, Sommer grew up surrounded by people who cared about her health and her family became a role model for her and decided on her eating patterns as well.
"I don't want to motivate women to look like me, I want them to love themselves like me. Society pressures them to look and behave in a certain way - you are the best when you have confidence in yourself.
She started eating a lot of lean proteins, vegetables, especially green leafy vegetables, and fruits. She also limited her carbohydrate intake to reduce her calorie count.
When she is not competing, she follows a healthy, balanced diet. Now that she is out of competition, she makes sure to include all the major food groups such as carbohydrates, proteins, and fats in her diet and make it sustainable and less restrictive.
