The model has the secret to getting toned buttocks and legs. Here are some tips and tricks.

"Health is the number one priority for me. If you're not in good health, nothing else matters.

Sommer Ray says she trains hard to be healthy and get her legs toned. She shares all her secrets.

"I usually take Saturday or Sunday off, sometimes even Sunday and Saturday to let my body rest. But I work out Monday through Friday.

The model prefers to train certain muscles as a priority. Quadriceps and buttocks are her favorite. And she usually prefers to work out with weights.

"I always tell girls, if you're constantly chasing after someone else, you'll never be happy with yourself. Be yourself and stay true to yourself and work on the best version of YOU. Work on getting the best ass you can".

To train, you have to be motivated!

Sommer Ray says she loves to listen to music while she trains: “I like the music of Holiday and Lucky Star by Madonna, Super Bass by Nicki Minaj, Eye of the Tiger by Survivor and Get Free by Major Lazer”.

She shows that to achieve great results you have to train very hard and choose exercises that motivate you. It is important to be comfortable with ourselves and train to be healthy!
