Miley Cyrus revealed that she leads a sober life and has done so for about six months. Look what's about their diet and exercise routines.

Miley has always advocated for a healthy lifestyle, it seems to amp up her fitness routine to allow her to feel better and continue her activism. She has a plant-based diet and a devote yoga and pilates routine, to maintain her fit-frame.

Plant-based and vegan-friendly diet
Miley Cirus loves animals and she went vegan in 2014. Her meals avoid meat-related products, fish, dairy and eggs. She added by not consuming animal products over the years she has protected herself from many diseases. In her Instagram, she shares vegan meals and loves eating clean including green smoothies, pita wraps, vegetable bowls, and avocado sushi rolls. 

Dairy and gluten-free diet
Miley has a gluten and dairy-free diet because of her gluten and lactose intolerance and helped her to weight loss. 

Ashtanga yoga and pilates to feeling well
She's a very committed yogi, she practices two hours a day, six days a week and she's devoted to breathing exercises. From Pilates, she works out for half an hour and does a wide variety of exercises, from sidekicks to ab crunches.
