A daily fitness routine

In her Instagram account, the top model shares with her almost 17 million subscribers the 21 fitness exercises that mark her daily fitness routine to maintain her toned figure. At home in Massachusetts, she prefers to practice swimming in her indoor pool, and her yoga area allows her to vary physical activities to engage each part of the body.
Sports, a way of life
Depending on the mood of the day, the supermodel chooses between a vinyasa session with her eldest daughter Vivian and 2 to 3 sequences of her 21 favorite exercises. The fitness program is 10 repetitions of each movement with a single accessory, a resistance band.
A plant-based diet
If Gisele has to train hard, consume smoothies with berries, a tablespoon of cocoa, hemp seeds, flax, chia, a banana, almond butter, and protein powder, to feel well satiated. Usually, she follows a diet based on vegetables and fruits from her own garden.
