Mark revealed his daily exercise routine on Instagram and it's more extreme than we thought. The program includes multiple workouts, lots of snacks, and 2:30 a.m. wake-up calls.
A typical day for the actor is very intense and his workout routine requires a lot of sacrifices.
"Breakfast is at 3:45 a.m., at 4 I'm training, at 5 it's prayers, and at 6 I'm playing golf.
According to his Instagram, things have changed a bit, but the early workouts, the waking up and the golf work are still pretty much the same.

The actor knows that food is very important to develop his muscles. Among the foods, Wahlberg eats are high-protein foods.
"My workouts start with RAMP, which stands for range of motion, activation and preparation of movements such as Spiderman stretch and hip bridges, as well as foam roll.
