Follow Ashley Graham's bodyweight workout. All you need is a mat!

The model and presenter, who became a mom recently, shared a 30-minute no-equipment workout you can do from home!

Graham and her trainer Kira Stokesto, used Ashley's Instagram account to share a great exercise routine you can do from home. The 30-minute bodyweight workout benefitted Urban Arts Partnership, a non-profit organization that works with NYC's public schools to fund educational programs.

"This is a phenomenal not-for-profit that I've been working with for a few years now. It's an organization that integrates arts education in New York City public schools affected by systemic racism and economic inequalities." said the model at the beginning of the session. 

All you need to follow the workout is a mat and a bit of motivation. 

The routine includes a warm-up and full-body exercises such as planks, sumo squats, jump squats and mountain climbers among others. So prepare to sweat!
