"After two years without doing much I have changed my diet and I have been training for four months and it is working. I can tell the difference. It's spectacular. So I'm happy, it's motivating to see results.

"My lifestyle was always healthy, but I'm not 20 anymore. Now I just keep my weight but I'm getting more muscular and losing fat. I'm not trying to gain volume, I just want to be more defined and strong.
David Guetta talked about his workout routine and reveals some secrets to staying healthy.
"I do weight training for 45 minutes to an hour, four times a week. Then I do cardio three times a week for 30 minutes either on a stationary bike at home or walking. And I try to swim in Ibiza whenever I can.
With regard to diet, the dj knows that it is very important to maintain a healthy diet to improve training results.
"I take protein, a small amount of carbohydrates three times a day, lots of vegetables, fruit three times a day and absolutely no sugar. I also incorporate a lot of healthy fats from foods like avocado, nuts, and salmon into my diet. And all with olive oil.
David Guetta said that it is important to take care of mental health, because sometimes artists have many work commitments, but do not have time to relax the mind. The musician takes care of his health and that's why he looks so healthy at 52.
