Carrie works hard to make those muscles look so crazy sculpted. Carrie Underwood trains with trainer Eve Overland, who created a grueling leg routine for her.
Her leg workout consists of six three-movement supersets, each performed in three or four sets. The movements include bending jumps, Romanian weightlifting (with 30- to 35-pound dumbbells), walking jumps (with 20- to 25-pound dumbbells), and high sumo squats (with a 50-pound dumbbell!).
"I have to set goals for myself: Every 15 minutes I'll go 1.25 miles, and by the end of an hour I'll have run 5 miles.
Of course, Carrie also pays attention to her diet, working with nutritionist Cara Clark. Carrie likes to have a plan and keep track of her calories and macros. Her diet is governed by a 45% carbohydrate, 30% fat and 25% protein diet.
