Cindy's training routine to do at home in 20 minutes

All you need is a bar to pull up, and a lot of desire to improve your physical condition. If you want to take care of your hands, you can use fitness gloves.
How to do pull-ups
Jump and hang from the bar, always try to squeeze your scapulas. Pull the strength out of your shoulders and arms to push the rest of your body upwards.
How to do push-ups
Get into a plank position, with your hands a little wider than your shoulders, and start lowering by bending your elbows. Don't forget to squeeze your abdomen well so that you don't arch your back.
How to do squats
Place your feet with the tips facing outwards and at the width of your hips.
Begin to lower yourself by keeping your back straight, as if you were sitting on a chair. Your knees cannot be drawn inward.
