If you want to get your legs toned to Beyoncé's level, just follow the below routine. Borges himself reveals the four basic exercises to keep in mind. This is her complete routine:
Jumping Squats: Standing with a straight back, take a big step forward so that your front knee is aligned with your back heel when you do the squat. Repeat the jump, changing legs 10 times.
Foot Jumps: In a horizontal position, jump and fall doing a squat with legs open and feet out. Repeat 10 times.
Pelvic Lifts: Lying on your back, bend your right leg and place your foot on the floor, in line with your left knee. Lift your pelvis and hold your left leg straight up from the floor, while using the force of your right foot on the floor to propel your hips. This exercise strengthens the inner thigh muscles. Repeat 10 times and switch sides.
Forward Kick Squat: Starting position is standing with a straight back and contracted abdominals. Next, do a squat with your right leg back and, before returning to the starting position, do a forward kick with the same leg. Repeat with a backward squat and put your foot down before doing the forward kick again. Repeat 10 times and switch to the other leg.
