Although basic push ups are already very effective for the arms and body. Russian push ups are a harder level of training.
Russian Push Up is a movement that basically gives you a complete core workout with just one full exercise.
The Russian push up is a mix of a push up with a forearm plank. Separately, the two moves are easy to handle. But the combined exercise is very effective. In addition to strengthening and toning the arms and shoulders, the successful completion of the exercise also requires the help of all the muscles in the core, especially when going in and out of the plank position.
Although you don't see Russian push ups in workouts very often, that should change. It is clearly a star exercise that deserves to be added to every routine. There is only one thing you should consider. The exercise is so exhausting and complete that it is always advisable to do it at the beginning of the routine because it requires all our energy.
