22 minutes of aerobic reduction: Is that enough time to lose weight?

A good cardio workout routine is very important for people who want to lose weight.

Researchers from the University of Copenhagen have shown that 30 minutes of cardio training per day provides as much weight loss as in twice the time.

Research from the University of Copenhagen concludes that doing 30 minutes of cardio has the same effect on weight loss as twice as long after following up, using a heart rate monitor and calorie counter, for 13 weeks on a group of 60 overweight men.

The results of the research, published in the American Journal of Physiology, show that 30 minutes of exercise is enough to lose weight.

"On average, men who exercised 30 minutes a day lost 7 pounds over three months, while those who exercised for a full hour lost only 6 pounds.

Exercising 30 minutes is an easily achievable goal. It fosters participants' desire for even more physical activity.

It's also possible that those who exercised for an hour ate more so that the weight loss was less than expected.

World Health Organization recommendations suggest training at least 150 minutes a week.

Cardio serves to improve lung capacity, burn calories, reduce stress, improve sleep quality, and reduce the risk of diseases such as diabetes, high blood pressure, or high cholesterol.

While studies show that an effective workout should last about 30 minutes, the bottom line is that a 22-minute workout is still better than no workout. Do whatever motivates you to stick to a good exercise routine. Happy training!
