  1. Start by making the dough. Place the flour, salt, sugar in a food processor and combine, then add the butter in pieces and blend well. Then whisk the egg yolk, cream, and vanilla and add them to the dough. Knead into a ball and leave it to rest on the refrigerator for 2 hours.
  2. Roll the dow into an 11” disk and place it in a pan and bake it for 20 minutes.
