Rosemary lemonade to sharpen your memory and improve focus
Rosemary is a great herb as it promotes emotional healing, helps improve your memory and is said to bring protection. Lemon, on the other hand, is perfect for new beginnings, clarity, love and purification. Apart from all the magickal reasons why it is a good idea to have this rosemary lemonade, it is super tasty and refreshing for hot days.
- 2 cups of water
- 2 springs of fresh rosemary
- ½ cup of water
- 3 spoonfuls of honey
- 2 cups fresh lemon juice
- First, you need to create a rosemary syrup. Bring 2 cups of water to boil and add the rosemary springs, cover, and let it simmer for 10 minutes.
- Remove the rosemary springs and stir in the sugar and honey. Let the sugar dissolve and let it cool for 15 minutes.
- Squeeze enough lemons to get 2 cups, now add the rosemary syrup to your juice, add lots of ice and correct sugar, if necessary.
