The moon pulls on the ocean tides and getting in touch with its magick and our higher selves can be done through a magickal bath. Ritual baths cleanse the soul, body and mind. Hot baths can help relieve muscle and joint pain, aid in better sleep, relieve cold and flu symptoms and by having a bath in a full moon the lunar goddesses.
Magickal bath ideas to set intentions
You can choose your own ingredients but make sure they are topically safe for you by testing a small amount on a skin patch first.
Choose ingredients from this list:
- Sea salt
- Himalayan salt
- Epsom salt
- Lemon juice (1/2 cup)
- Herbs: rose, rosemary, basil, mint, lavender, jasmine, chamomile, hibiscus, calendula, alfalfa, chickweed, turmeric, dandelion.
- Aloe vera gel or juice
- Coconut oil
- Black or green tea
- Essential oils
- Shea butter
- Orange slices
- Lemon slices
Choose Your Intention
Think of what you want to manifest, for example, a bit of rosemary for abundance, lemon for protection and salt to cleanse your aura.
