Try these 5 fruit masks to hydrate and exfoliate your skin

Nature is wise and has a perfect fruit to help you achieve glowing skin.

Fruits masks are perfect for the skin but, first of all, remember that these masks have a very short lifespan: one or two days at most. So remember that you must apply it immediately because it loses properties and can be ruined.

1. BANANA & AVOCADO MASK FOR NUTRITION AND REGENERATION

Avocado, banana and honey mask for nutrition and regeneration

Masks like the one with avocado, banana and honey. You must crush the avocado and banana with a fork, then add a spoonful of honey. Apply it to your face for 15 minutes.

Banana has antioxidant, moisturizing and anti-inflammatory properties. And thanks to the vitamins and minerals foudn in avocado, the mask will give your skin a moisturized and nourished look. It is ideal for mature and dry skin.
