The actress shared her morning routine and favorite wellness practices in recent interviews.
- Jennifer wakes up at eyewatering 4:30 am when she's working. Otherwise, the self-proclaimed night owl aims to be out of bed between 8 and 9 am.
- When she's not fasting (she's a fan of intermittent fasting), she drinks celery juice or her signature smoothie. "Usually I’ll have a shake, with some sort of pure protein, then bananas, blueberries, frozen cherries, stevia, a vegetable mix of dynamic greens that goes in there, maca powder, and a little cacao," she told Well and Good. She will have a black coffee later on.
- Jennifer will then meditate for 10 to 20 minutes and workout for 30-40. She usually does spinning, yoga, strength training or workout using a treadmill or boxing, a routine she's been a fan of recently.
Writing a daily gratitude list is another of her wellness practices. Talking to People, she said "I try to write down a gratitude list every morning as well, it always gives you a thankful shift. I'm just grateful for all of it," she told the outlet.
