Keep your skin clear of makeup and try a DIY facial routine. Cleanse your face in the morning, exfoliate and use some serum to massage your skin with your fingertips for five minutes. Give yourself a vitamin boost
For clear and healthy skin take some vitamin D and B12 supplements as early as possible in the morning. Both vitamins are difficult to get in sufficient quantities from food, especially if you follow a plant-based diet.
To make up for those wine nights and binge eating, have a nice breakfast with eggs and avocado for some vitamin A, snack on almonds and hazelnuts for some vitamin E as well, both are crucial for shiny skin. at night, include green veggies, pulses and dairy and fruits in your routine for a hydrated complexion and to reduce inflammation in the body.
