The supermodel talks us through her nighttime routine, including her detailed, step-by-step skincare and what she does to relax before bedtime.
Talking to Goop, the former Victoria's Secret Angel described what a typical night in her life looks like.
5:30 pm: She bathes with Hart and Myles, her youngest children.
6:15 pm: She reads Hart, who is two, a few books, and puts him to bed by 6:30 pm. Then she feeds Myles and puts him to bed by 7 pm. Then she spends some time playing with Flynn [her 9-year old son with Orlando Bloom) and tucks him in.
8 pm: Skincare time. She double-cleanses, first using the Cream Cleanser from KORA, then removing it with an eco-friendly Face Halo cloth. She then applies the Noni Night AHA Resurfacing Serum and follows with Noni Glow Face Oil and the Noni Eye Oil.
8:10 pm: If time allows, she does a little bath ritual. This helps her unwind for a good night’s sleep.
10 pm: Miranda reads and sends a few emails before putting her phone on airplane mode for the night.
10:15 pm: Right before bed, she applies a face mask, which she doesn't wash it off until morning.
By 10:30 pm she’s asleep.
