Your feet support all of our weight every day, so you have to take care of them

3 tips to get perfect feet

1) Moisturize your feet properly

First, it is important to use a moisturizer that functions for your feet. If the cream you have in your house says hand cream, that is designed to be used on your hands, so choose a product for your feet. It is advisable to moisturize your feet every day since the skin of your feet tends to be dry.

2) Take care of your nails

It might seem obvious, but your nails need to be trimmed frequently. Before trimming, soak your feet so that it will be easier for you to cut them and it also may prevent nails from splitting. After you trim them, clean the surfaces underneath each toenail by carefully rubbing a cotton swab between the toe and the tip of the nail.

Soaking your feet helps hydrate your skin

3) Soak your feet regularly

Take a bath or soak your feet in warm water for 10 to 15 minutes to help soften the skin. Soaking your feet helps hydrate your skin, soothe sore feet and soften skin, making it easier to exfoliate. However, it can also make you feel relaxed. For this treatment, you can add some salt to your bath to create a relaxing moment, and Epsom salt has many benefits for your feet.
