Sea salt, baking soda, and lavender oil
With this recipe, you will get your feet relaxed. If you do it 2-3 times a week you will experience less tension and better blood circulation. Besides, this remedy helps to remove dead skin cells. For this, you will need 4 tbsp of sea salt, 6 tbsp of baking soda, 10 drops of lavender oil, and 6 cups of water. Heat the water until the water is warm, pour it into a bowl, and add the ingredients. Soak your feet for 20 minutes, then rinse and pat dry. Apply your favorite foot cream, put on some socks, and relax!
