The Spanish designer Adolfo Domínguez has presented to its clients the new virtual service of "personal shoppers" that the firm has made available to its clients, based on the implementation of a new artificial intelligence (AI)

A program with which the popular fashion brand will not only make it easier for us to access garments that are specially selected for us and our needs, but which will ultimately also encourage the adoption of better practices and healthier shopping habits.

The virtual personal shopper service is personalized and takes the tastes of the customers to personalize the clothes and helps to choose better.

This service combines two types of intelligence. One comes from an algorithm that creates a profile with your style by completing an online test, and the other comes from a team of stylists who know what suits you.

"Don't come back the same. Don't underestimate what we have. Don't purchase just because. Come back when we need us."

Among the main advantages are that we can count on personalized advice and direct communication with a stylist specialized in our own style.

Having access to exclusive, first-hand content regarding the firm's new collections, whose garments we can receive even before they reach the stores.

How does it work?

To access them and make use of this new service, all we have to do is go to Adolfo Domínguez's online page and fill out the "Style Test" created by the brand.

Once this step has been completed and you have registered for the service, you will receive a box with the 5 garments selected for you at no extra cost. We will have a margin of 7 days to try them on and decide which of them to keep. We can then return those that we do not want at no additional cost.

The system works with monthly plans with an offer of 5 garments and a price of 25 euros per month.

There is also a quarterly plan called "change of wardrobe", with 10 garments and a cheaper price of 25 euros per quarter.

Finally, you have the option "On-demand", which involves 5 garments and a price of 25 euros per month, with the possibility of ordering them whenever you want without the need for a subscription.

A pioneering program in Europe

The project is the first of its kind to be developed by a European fashion brand. A pioneering advance, which required a year of development by a team of technology and styling experts.
