 Frozen bananas are the solution for most of my sugar cravings, with a mixer and a few minutes, they can become super tasty ice cream, or I can snack it on its own.  On top of being the only snack that comes with its own natural wrapping, bananas have lots of health benefits.

 The first time that I tried to freeze bananas I just tossed them on the freezer and expected to peel them afterward… Of course, it did not work, so if you really want to do it right, follow these tips:

How to successfully freeze bananas

 Cut the banana in about half a centimeter slices. 

Tip 1: Use ripe bananas, how ripe depends on you, but being ripe is key to getting that creamy texture.

Tip 2: Make sure you peel the bananas before freezing them.

Tip 3: Cut the banana in about half a centimeter slices and place it on a baking sheet with parchment paper, just make sure they don't touch. 

Tip 4: After you've kept the banana slices for 2 hours in the freezer, transfer them to a bag to save storage space.
