There are plenty of options of textured vegetable protein, you can prepare tacos, chilly, shepherds pie and bolognese.
3. Vegetable cheese
Cashew parmesan and other vegan dupes are great sources of protein, they are packed with fatty acids and of course, they are dairy-free.
4. No need for dairy milk
In the past, it was harder to find replacements for milk, but now there are hundreds of recipes for vegetable milk, there are also store-bought options and you can definitely use it the same way you would use dairy milk.
