This is a super simple recipe that only states 5 minutes to assemble. I always keep frozen bananas in my freezer with makes it easier when I want to prepare some ice cream or banana bread. 

There are a lot of health benefits to bananas and if you pair those with peanut butter and cornflakes you've got a recipe for success. It is perfect to satisfy your sugar cravings, it keeps you fuller for longer and you'll be having minerals, vitamins, antioxidants and fiber too.

Method:

  1. Toss the banana slices and the peanut butter on a food processor and process until you get a smooth paste.
  2. Add the crushed cornflakes and process until it is fully blended.
  3. Place the mixture in a loaf pan and leave it in the refrigerator until the cornflakes are fully soaked.
  4. To sweeten the banana bread, drizzle jam, honey or maple syrup before serving it, and enjoy!
