Smoothies are a great way to incorporate antioxidants and important nutrients, what if you could choose ingredients that could increase longevity? These 10 Ingredients for your smoothies will make you live longer

The first thing I do when I wake up is prepare my smoothie to ensure I get a daily dose of antioxidants. I try to include berries, nuts, and yogurt – I think of it as my youth elixir.

3. Spinach

Spinak is high in iron and it can decrease the risk of chronic diseases.

4. Prunes

Prunes are great for your gut health and they are extremely high in antioxidants.

Green tea is perfect to blend your ingredients and it also supports your cellular health.

6. Pollen

Polen is an antioxidant and it can allow boost your immune system, and liver health and relieve inflammation.
