It also incorporates dead weight lifting, an activity that makes all the muscles work together. To tone and strengthen the obliques, Gaga performs lateral bending.
To strengthen her legs and glutes, the singer performs 6 series of 20 squats. Also, to strengthen her triceps and shoulders, she uses weights. With the help of dumbbells, the New Yorker performs 6 series of 20 repetitions of front and side lifts.
