He takes his training to the next level by running outdoors, doing crunches, sit-ups, and squats, and of course, he focuses on his core workout routine regularly.
Stand holding a pair of dumbbells, then roll them up to shoulder height, squeezing the biceps. Lower. Do 5 sets. In the first series, do 50 reps (yes, really). Do 35 in the second, 21 in the third, 14 in the fourth, and 10 in the final set.
Dumbbell Bench Press
Make 5 sets. Do 50 reps in the first set, then 35 in the second. Follow with a set of 21 reps, a set of 14 reps, and a set of 10 reps.
Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart. Bend your knees and hips, lowering until your thighs are parallel to the ground; stand as support. Do 5 series. Do 77 reps in the first set, 50 in the second, 35 in the third, 21 in the fourth, and 14 in the final set.
Pullup-Position Knee Raise
Hang from a bar with an overhead grip. Tighten your shoulder blades and pull your chest to the bar. This is the beginning. Bring your knees to your chest, squeezing your abdominals. Lower your legs. That's one rep; do 4 sets of 21.
