Megan Fox shared the workout routine that keeps her fit and healthy.
The actress, and mother of three, works hard to maintain a fit and healthy body. She works out a lot and is a big fan of sports.
The actress is not afraid of any training and that is why she does different training circuits. All of them with one thing in common: she does a lot of repetitions. To get in shape she works out with the trainer of the stars, Harley Pasternak.
According to the trainer's interviews, the actress does a five-phase workout: a cardio warm-up of at least five minutes exercises to sculpt the lower body, training to tone the upper body, exercises to sculpt the core and, to finish the workout, five minutes of exercises to cool down little by little.
The actress trains at least three days a week. She does four rounds of exercises, with 20 minutes for each one without stopping. Fox is not afraid to lift heavy weights or challenge herself as much as she needs to.
In addition to those three days of circuit training, Megan Fox also takes time for other activities such as Yoga, Pilates, or cycling.
These activities help her work on balance, posture, and elasticity. Something that can be easily forgotten by those practicing lots of cardio and weight lifting.
