The singer lost 100 pounds just 6 months after giving birth to her 3rd child.

The famous 40-year-old singer posted a photo on Instagram in which she’s seen doing a warrior yoga pose with the sunset as background. She was wearing a black sports bra, gray animal print leggings, and wore her hair up in a messy bun.

Great comments filled her post, everyone was congratulating her for having lost 100 pounds and wondering how she managed to do it.

The Instagram account for Simpson's clothing collection shared the same photo to promote her new fall active line.

Since giving birth to her third child, Birdie Mae, in March 2019, the singer has started her way back to an intense workout-fitness life. In September, just 6 months after her daughter was born, she unveiled her impressive 100-pound weight loss.

Harley Pasternak, Simpson’s longtime trainer revealed the singer’s secret to losing weight: She started by walking 6,000 steps a day before working her way up to 14,000.

Pasternak also advised his client to get plenty of sleep, ate two snacks (like almonds or something like that), and three protein-packed meals each day.

For her 40th birthday the artist celebrated by trying on a pair of old jeans that she’s owned for 14 years and guess what? Her 5.5 million followers on Instagram loved it and, of course, she still looks Irresistible with them on! 

She has owned a pair of jeans for 14 years!
