The actor, singer, and songwriter Harry Styles shares his workout routine.
Since he was a teenager, he has always been famous, so he needed to find time to workout during long tours and live performances. Hopefully, he never stopped exercising and now he trains almost every day with his trainer.
“Staying admirably fit is a huge deal, I go for a run, try and get some air and some sunshine, and try and work out in the hectic morning or something."
Harry Styles’s workout
Harry does three different types of activities: Cardio, weight training, and yoga.
For cardio, Harry likes to go running. He usually runs for 30 minutes to 40 minutes and when he is running outside, she does an interval training workout on the treadmill with his physical trainer. This interval training includes an uphill run increasing the incline level and speed.

Harry also follows a weight training plan in which he works upper-body and lower-body

This workout includes 2 sessions with 3 sets of 10-15 repetitions with 30 seconds of rest. These are some of the exercises:
- Chest press
- Bench press
- Dumbbell press
- Dumbbell flyes
- Triceps pushdowns
- Triceps dips
- Military press
- Dumbbell military press
- Lateral raise
- Front raise
- Lat pulldown
Harry Styles lower-body workout
This workout is exactly the same as the upper body workout: 2 sessions with 3 sets of 10-15 repetitions with 30 seconds of rest. These are some of the exercises:
- Leg press
- Leg extension
- Leg curls
- Stiff-leg deadlift
- Walking lunges
- Calf raises
- Standing calf raises
- Glutes kickbacks
- Hip thrust

Styles loves practicing yoga. Although he tends to have a busy schedule, he tries to do an hour of a yoga session at least four times per week.
