She runs, does weight lifting, yoga, and dance routines up to 3 hours a day when she is preparing for a role. If she is not preparing to film, she tries to stay fit and toned. These are some of the exercises you can do:
Lie flat on your back with your knees bent and your feet on the floor, lift your feet and bring your knees to the chest, strengthen your legs pointing your heels to the ceiling –repeat.
Stand tall with a pair of dumbbells or weights and take a step straight back into a reverse lunge, after that return to the main position and repeat with the other leg.
Though Demi Moore has admitted to struggling with her body image, she has managed to overcome some obstacles:
I find peace when I don’t see my body as my enemy when I step back and have an appreciation and look at all that my body has done for me. It’s allowed me to give birth to three beautiful children, allowed me to explore different roles as an actor, allowed me to be strong. You can’t look at yourself in the mirror and tear your body apart,” Moore says.
She likes to eat organic, natural foods and tries to eat clean. She is also known to eat a raw vegan diet –eliminating any cooked meal and focusing on fruits and veggies.
