Supermodel Rosie Huntington-Whiteley opens up about her strict diet. And, according to her, it's hard to keep up, but it feels amazing.
Rosie says she follows naturopathic Dr Nigma Talib's diet plan, which eliminates dairy, gluten, sugar and alcohol.
"I can feel it in my skin, I can feel it in my body, I feel lean right now, and I feel strong and energized."
When following restrictive diets, sometimes people miss some foods or drinks. The model confesses that she sometimes misses some things.
"I miss a glass of wine, my cheese dishes and my croissants. But the less junk that gets into your system, the better you feel.
Stop drinking alcohol is smart too because it can damage your stomach, promote water retention and it is full of empty calories. Finally, she says eliminating sugar is a big step because it also eliminates a lot of processed foods.
