Cabbage pizza is great gluten-free option for pizza lovers who still want to keep it veggie.
Are you tired of watching how non-vegetarians enjoy they wonderful pizzas? You can do it to! Just bare in mind some small changes.
- Half cabbage cut into strips
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- 1 tspn of vinegar
- 1 egg
- 50 grams of grated cheese
- Tomato sauce
- 150 grams of fresh, creamy or mozzarella cheese
Season the cabbage and sauté it until tender. Add the vinegar and cook for one more minute. Remove from the heat and once it is warm, add the egg and grated cheese.
On a baking sheet, form small discs as if they were pizza bases, and brown them in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius. Before they finish cooking, brush them with the tomato sauce and we curry them with the cheese. Bake until the cheese is melted.
