It is a 28-day cleanse program low in fact, high in raw veggies and fruits and it leaves out all animal products, dairy or any processed food. The idea is to reboot your health to strengthen your immune system, remove toxins from your body and regain energy.

Experts claim that no cleanse program will get rid of all toxins in your liver, and in fact, there is little evidence to support that detox diets work.
