Rooibos tea is full of amazing health benefits. And on top of that, it's absolutely delicious. Make this relaxing latte to have before heading to bed. A perfect drink to have while you curl up on the sofa with a great book or series.
What you will need:
- Rooibos tea (loose or a tea bag)
- Vanilla extract
- Your milk of choice (about 1/4 glass)
- Honey or maple syrup
How to make it:
Steep the tea in hot water for a couple of minutes. Then pour it into a saucepan, add the milk, a pinch of cinnamon, a teaspoon of honey, and any other spices you love (clove, nutmeg) and heat up for 2/3 minutes. You can use a milk frother to mix everything together or just beat lightly with a fork.
