1. Add a potato
Potato absorbs the spice and salt from the food. Cut the potato in slices and add it to the preparation, let them cook for a few minutes and remove them.

This is one of the simplest options. You just have to be careful not to dilute the flavors too much. Although water may be an option, you can choose an unsalted broth, cream, or tomato sauce or puree to add flavor.
