Today we bring you one of her favourite go-to smoothies. Packed with greens, healthy fats, and antioxidants, this smoothie is a perfect light snack o breakfast.
- 1 serving vanilla pea protein powder (or plain protein powder)
- ¼ -½ avocado
- 1 small cucumber
- Handful of spinach
- 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- Juice of ½ a lemon
- Optional: 1 teaspoon turmeric + small pinch black pepper
Blend all the ingredients until smooth. Enjoy!
