To prepare your breakfast in a healthier way, you should add some protein, which is the most filling macronutrient. You can mix your cereals with greek yogurt or a portion of seeds and nuts.

You can also replace your cereals with oatmeal. It’s less processed and contains no sugar. They can be mixed with fruits or milk as well, which will bring more flavor to your breakfast while still keeping it healthy.
