What do you need?
- 8 tablespoons of canary seeds (for human consumption)
- 4 cups of boiling water
- Wash the seeds with alcohol vinegar.

- Once the preparation is cold, blend the seeds for a few minutes, and then blend with a bag or metal strainer.
